Very nice hotel which is very modern, very clean and very new all just a couple of mins walk from the City Centre.
3rd floor no lift.We were given a twin room and not a double as there were no doubles left, despite saying so on this website.

The hostel room was very clean as the staff was cleaning it every single day, the furniture looked brand new. The room was pretty small but comfortable. The windows were looking out to the side street of San Bernardino, which is rather calm, so there was not much noise from the outside. The receptionist knew a few words in English, but was very friendly and tried to be helpful.
The window was very small, so the room was quite dark, and it was hard to say what weather was outside. The walls of the room were very thin, we were very happy that there were silent guests in other rooms at this time, as you could hear every single word or snoring from the neighboring rooms. I can imagine that with louder guests your stay there can get really unpleasant.

Newly remodelled hotel in a shopping area not far from Abami II for one night, Malasana and several other Metro stops that service the entire city. Central location, within a close distance from a huge plaza.
Not always friendly staff!

Incredibly good value for money. The hotel is well-located, spotlessly clean and well-appointed.
The free wifi didn't work at all for us. The hotel staff were not exactly the friendliest of people. But the place is still highly recommended.
